      灯台树(Bothrocaryum controversum)枝叶用甲醇提取,利用硅胶柱层析,Sephadex LH- 20柱层析进行化学成分分离纯化,从中分离得到8个化合物。根据波谱分析和理化性质对化合物 结构进行鉴定,鉴定结构为:槲皮素(1)、樱黄素(2)、黄颜木素(3)、表儿茶素(4)、obtusol(5)、羽扇豆 醇乙酸酯(6)、β-谷甾醇(7)和胡萝卜苷(8)。所有化合物都是首次从该植物中分离得到。
英文摘要:
      Eight compounds were obtained and analyzed by silica gel chromatocgraphy and Sephadex LH-20 chromatogra⁃ phy from the methanol extract of the twigs and leaves of Bothrocaryum controversu. The structures of these compounds were identified by spectroscopic analysis combined with their physicochemical data. The specific compounds were quercetin (1), prunetin (2), fustin (3), epicatechin (4), obtusol (5), lupeol acetate (6), β-sitosterol (7) and daucosterol (8), and they were iso⁃ lated from this plant for the first time.
