| 从伞房狗牙花（Tabernaemontana corymbosa）枝干的甲醇提取物中分离得到6个吲哚类
生物碱和 2 个非生物碱，经波谱技术和理化性质对化合物结构进行鉴定为：17-demethoxyhydroisorhynchophylline（1）、voachalotine（2）、voachalotine oxindole（3）、voacristine（4）、14，15-
dehydrovincamine（5）、16R-descarbomethoxytacamine（6）、α-amyrin acetate（7）和β-sitosterol（8），其
中化合物2、3、5-7首次从该植物中分离得到。 |

| Six indole alkaloids and two non-alkaloids were isolated from the stem of Tabernaemontana corymbosa. By us⁃
ing spectroscopic analysis combined with physicochemical data, the six compounds were identified as 17-demethoxy-hy⁃
droisorhynchophylline (1), voachalotine (2), voachalotine oxindole (3), voacristine (4), 14,15-dehydrovincamine (5), 16Rdescarbomethoxytacamine (6), α-amyrin acetate (7) and β-sitosterol (8) compounds 2, 3, and compound 5~7 were obtained
from the plant for the first time. |
