      从伞房狗牙花(Tabernaemontana corymbosa)枝干的甲醇提取物中分离得到6个吲哚类 生物碱和 2 个非生物碱,经波谱技术和理化性质对化合物结构进行鉴定为:17-demethoxyhydroisorhynchophylline(1)、voachalotine(2)、voachalotine oxindole(3)、voacristine(4)、14,15- dehydrovincamine(5)、16R-descarbomethoxytacamine(6)、α-amyrin acetate(7)和β-sitosterol(8),其 中化合物2、3、5-7首次从该植物中分离得到。
英文摘要:
      Six indole alkaloids and two non-alkaloids were isolated from the stem of Tabernaemontana corymbosa. By us⁃ ing spectroscopic analysis combined with physicochemical data, the six compounds were identified as 17-demethoxy-hy⁃ droisorhynchophylline (1), voachalotine (2), voachalotine oxindole (3), voacristine (4), 14,15-dehydrovincamine (5), 16Rdescarbomethoxytacamine (6), α-amyrin acetate (7) and β-sitosterol (8) compounds 2, 3, and compound 5~7 were obtained from the plant for the first time.
