      没食子酸是传统中药百药煎的主要成分之一,本文开展了HPLC法测定百药煎中没食 子酸含量的方法学研究。通过试验考察了提取溶剂、提取体积、提取时间、提取次数对没食子酸含 量测定结果的影响,确定了最优的提取条件(20 mL 50%甲醇为提取溶剂,超声提取20 min,提取一 次)。在此提取条件下,开展了HPLC测定法的线性范围、仪器精密度试验、溶液稳定性试验、重复 性试验、准确度(回收率)试验和耐用性试验等研究,结果表明本文开发的HPLC是传统中药百药煎 中没食子酸含量测定的良好方法。
英文摘要:
      Gallic acid is one of main ingredients of traditional Chinese gall leaven. This study was conducted to develop a method for determination of gallic acid content in traditional Chinese gall leaven by HPLC. The effects of different extrac⁃ tion solvent, extraction volume, extraction time and extraction timeson gallic acid extraction were investigated and the opti⁃ mal extraction condition was confirmed as follow: the extraction solvent was 20 mL 50% methanol, the ultrasound extraction time as 20 min. Under this condition, the linear range, instrument precision, solution stability, repeatability, accuracy (re⁃ covery) and durability of the HPLC method were investigated. The result indicated that HPLC was effective for determina⁃ tionof gallic acid content in traditional Chinese gall leaven.
