| 运用实地调查、3S 技术和综合评价模型,对海口市主城区主要商业网点进行了综合量
化评价和可视化空间分析，结果表明：（1）在海口市主城区39 个主要商业网点中具有市级影响力的
商业网点仅5 个，58.97%的商业网点不在1 级通达性区域内，交通通达性有待提高；（2）海口市主城
区的商业发展潜力具有明显的圈层分布特征，商业饱和区位于海秀路一带，商业潜力待开发区主
要位于主城区的西部和南部；（3）海口主城区具有游憩功能的商业网点仅占参评商业网点总数的
30.77%，但因其建筑总面积大，在全市商业网络中具有举足轻重的地位；（4）当前海口主城区的商
业发展呈现去中心化趋势，即由单一密集型转向多中心多方向的商业片区发展格局。该研究成果
可为海口城市商业发展规划提供有益参考。 |

| Based on investigation on spot, 3S technology and comprehensive evaluation model, the comprehensive quanti⁃
tative evaluation and visual spatial analysis of the main commercial network in main areas in Haikou city were carried out.
The results showed that: (1) Among the 39 major commercial sites, there are only 5 sites with municipal influence. 58.97%
of the commercial sites are out of the 1-level accessibility area, and their traffic accessibility needs to be improved; (2) The
commercial development potential areas in main city zone of Haikou have obvious characteristics of circle distribution. The
commercial developed areas are located in Haixiu Road, and the areas with greater commercial development potential are
located in the west and south of main city zone; (3) The number of commercial sites with recreational functions in main city
zone of Haikou accounts for only 30.77% of the total number of commercial sites. Because of their large commercial build⁃
ing area, they play an important role in the commercial network of the whole city; (4) At present, the development pattern of
commerce in main city zone of Haikou is becoming de-centralized, i.e. from single-intensive commercial outlets to multi-cen⁃
tric & multi-directional commercial zones. The research results have certain significance for Haikou urban development
planning. |
