      山栏稻是海南特有的一类旱稻种质资源。利用相关分析和灰关联分析等方法对22 个 海南山栏稻品种的农艺性状和品质性状进行了较全面的研究。结果表明,山栏稻群体的稻穗普遍 较长,结实率、千粒重、出糙率、精米率、胶稠度和碱消值普遍较高,水分含量普遍较低,糯稻品种的 直链淀粉(干基)含量均未超过1.6%且胶稠度均为100;山栏稻群体有效穗数、总粒数、实粒数、垩白 粒率、垩白度和透明度等性状的变异系数较大,遗传多样性较丰富;与主要品质性状有显著或极显 著线性关系的农艺性状有株高、有效穗数、千粒重;穗长、千粒重、结实率与主要品质性状关联度较 高,有效穗数与整精米率的关联度较高,株高与粒长(长宽比)、胶稠度、出糙率、整精米率的关联度 较高。研究结果可为海南山栏稻优良品系选育和水稻不同性状间的相关性分析提供参考。

      Shanlan rice is a special kind of upland rice germplasm resource in Hainan province. The agronomic and quali⁃ ty traits of 22 Shanlan rice varieties were studied comprehensively through correlation method, grey relational analysis meth⁃ od, etc. The results showed that: (1) the panicle length, seed setting rate, 1000-grain weight, brown rice rate, white rice rate, gel consistency and alkali value of Shanlan rice were generally higher, the moisture content was generally lower, the amylose content of glutinous varieties was not more than 1.6%, and the gel consistency of glutinous varieties was 100; the variation coefficient of effective spike number, total grain number, filled grain number, chalkiness grain rate, chalkiness degree and transparency level of Shanlan rice were higher indicating that the genetic diversity is rich; the agronomic traits included plant height, effective spike number, 1000-grain weight had significant or extremely significant linear relationship with the main qualitative traits; the grey relational grade of panicle length, 1000-grain weight, seed setting rate with the main quali⁃ ty traits was higher, the grey relational grade of effective spike number with the head rice rate was higher, the grey relation⁃ al grade of plant height with the grain length (length-width ratio), gel consistency, brown rice rate, head rice rate was high⁃ er. The results of this study provide references for the breeding superior varieties of Shanlan rice and the analysis of the correlation between different rice traits.
