The compounds from Enhalus acoroides were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, TL⁃
Cand preparative HPLC. Ten compounds were obtained and their structures were identified on the basis of physicochemi⁃
cal properties and spectral methods including MS, and NMR. The ten compounds were respectively (1)1-(3-ethylphenyl)-1,
2-ethanediol, (2)luteolin 3 ′ -O-β-D-glucuronide, (3)1-(4-ethylphenyl)-1,2-ethanediol, (4)(+)-isololiolide, (5)apo-9 ′ -fuco⁃
xanthinone, (6)dehydrovomifoliol, (7)(-)-loliolide, (8)stearic acid, (9)luteolin, and (10)4-hydroxybenzoic acid. Among, com⁃
pounds (1) and (3)-(8) were firstly isolated from the plant of E. acoroides. |
