      在微波辅助作用下,以3 种咪唑类离子液体水溶液为提取溶剂,研究了红花药材中提 取总黄酮的工艺的单因素条件,并与药典提取方法进行了比较。研究结果表明: 3 种离子液体水溶 液作为提取溶剂可以有效提取红花中的总黄酮,特别是离子液体溴化1-辛基-3-甲基咪唑盐 ([C8mim]Br)的水溶液,以料液比1∶40,设置微波功率400 W,微波时间15 min,微波温度80 ℃时,提 取出的黄酮含量最高,提取率可达3.24%;与药典提取方法相比,提取时间由3 h 缩短到15 min,提 取率提高了0.65%。
英文摘要:
      With assistance of microwave, the single factors for extracting total flavonoids from safflower were studied by using the aqueous solution of three imidazolium ionic liquids as extraction solvent. Further comparison with pharmacopoeia extraction method was also carried out. The results showed that the aqueous solution of the three imidazolium ionic liquids can be used to effectively extract the total flavonoids from safflower, especially the aqueous solution of 1-octyl-3-methyl bro⁃ mide imidazole salt ([C8mim] Br). With the conditions of solid-liquid ratio 1∶40, microwave power 400 w, microwave time 15 min and microwave temperature 80 ℃, the highest extraction yield of 3.24% for total flavonoids was obtained. Compared with the pharmacopoeia extraction method, the extraction time was shortened from 3 h to 15 min, and the extraction rate was improved by 0.65%.
