      采用无机盐调控重金属离子的分离方法,研究了含氮螯合树脂M4195 在pH=1~5 条 件下,NaNO3浓度在(0~10 mmol/L)范围下对单双组份Cu(II)和Ni(II)离子的吸附性能,考察了 M4195 树脂对Cu(II)、Ni(II)离子的选择性分离规律。pH = 1 时,无机盐的引入对双组份中Cu(II) 和Ni(II)离子的吸附量影响不大,不会显著提升Cu(II)/Ni(II)离子的分离性能。pH=5 时,含氮螯合 树脂对Cu(II)离子的吸附性能随着NaNO3浓度的增加而提升,Cu(II)离子吸附量约增大了12%;而 Ni(II)离子的吸附量随着NaNO3的加入而显著下降,Ni(II)离子吸附量约降低了40%,且在NaNO3浓 度为0~10 mmol/L 时Cu(II)/Ni(II)离子的分离性能为最佳。这项研究为含盐水体中Cu(II)、Ni(II) 离子的分离去除和纯化提供了新的思路。
英文摘要:
      In this study, inorganic salt solution was introduced to adjust and control the separation of Cu (II)and Ni ( II) ions. The adsorption performance of nitrogen - containing chelating resin M4195 toward Cu (II)and Ni ( II)ion alone and Cu (II) /Ni ( II)under different pH and NaNO 3 were systematically studied and the selective separation rule by M4195 was in⁃ vestigated. The results indicated that the introduction of inorganic salt had little impact on the adsorbing capacity of M4195 toward Cu (II) /Ni ( II)and the separation performance was not significantly improved, when pH was 1. By comparison, when the pH increased to 5, the adsorption performance of M4195 toward Cu (II)improved with the increase of NaNO 3 concentra⁃ tion, and the adsorbing capacity increased by 11% , while the adsorbing capacity of M4195 toward Ni ( II)decreased by 40%. The best separation performance toward Cu (II) /Ni ( II)was observed when the NaNO 3 concentration was in the range of 0 ~ 10 mmol/L. The study provided a novel potential way for the separation and removal of Cu (II)and nickel ( II)in salty water.
