      建立鲜食用菌中二硫代氨基甲酸盐类农残的顶空气相色谱测定方法. 在加热的密闭容 器中,二硫代氨基甲酸盐类农药被氯化亚锡-硫酸溶液酸解生成二硫化碳,用顶空气相色谱法 (μECD 检测器)进行检测,二硫代氨基甲酸盐类农残以二硫化碳表示。结果表明,采用该方法对香 菇基质中代森锰锌、丙森锌和福美双进行方法确证,3 种农药在浓度范围为0.02~3.0 μg/mL 时线 性关系均良好(γ>0.999),检出限为0.034~0.065 mg/kg,添加水平在0.50~5.0 mg/kg 时,回收率均 值为82.6%~97.6%,精密度为1.46 %~3.41%。该方法简单高效、准确可靠,适用于基层实验室对 鲜食用菌中二硫代氨基甲酸盐类农残的检测。
英文摘要:
      This study was conducted to develop a headspace gas chromatography method for determining the dithiocarba⁃ mate residues in fresh edible mushroom. In a heated sealed container, dithiocarbamate residues were decomposed into car⁃ bon disulfide by SnCl 2 -H 2 SO 4 solution.Headspace - gas chromatography was applied to detect the dithiocarbamate residues using an electron capture detector(μECD) , and the dithiocarbamate residues were expressed as carbon disulfide. The re⁃ sults showed that three dithiocarbamate residues including mancozeb, propineb and thiram in fresh mushroom detected by headspace - gas chromatography method had good linear relations in the range of 0.02~3.0 μg/mL(γ >0.999) . The detec⁃ tion limits were found in the range of 0.034~0.065 mg/kg. The average recovery rates were in the range of 82.6~97.6% and the precisions were in the range of 1.46~3.41%, when the additive residue concentrations were in the range of 0.50~ 5.0 mg/kg. The method was simple, efficient, accurate and reliable, and could be suitable for the determination of dithiocar⁃ bamate residues in fresh edible mushroom in local laboratory.
