| 丽叶具有多种功效，然而关于诺丽叶挥发油成分的研究少有报道.文章首先
采用水蒸气蒸馆法提取诺丽叶挥发油，进而采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪( GC - MS) 对诺丽叶
挥发油的化学成分进行鉴定，并以峰面积归一化法计算化合物的百分含量.结果显示:诺丽叶
挥发油中分离出1 13种组分，鉴定出其中53种化合物，其占挥发油总量的8 2 . 3 62 % .挥发油
主要组分是二苯滕( 1 4 . 205 % )、正二十三炕( 7 . 10 8 % )、邻苯二甲酸二丁醋( 6 . 907 % )、邻苯二
甲酸羊( 2 -乙基己基)醋( 5 . 02 8 % )、正二十六炕( 4 . 977 % )、二十二炕( 3 . 85 6 % )等. |

| Nom leaf has some functions; however, study on the components of volatile oils is scare. The volatile oil from
Noni leaf was extracted by the method of hydrodistillation ,and its chemical compositions were analyzed by gas chromatography
- mass spectrometry (GC - MS). Relative percentage of each component in the volatile oil was calculated by area normalization
method. Results showed that 113 compounds were isolated and 53 compounds accounting for 82. 3620% of the total
volatile oil were identified. Major components were as follows, diphenyl amine (14. 205% ), tricosane (7. 108% ) ,
dibutyl phthalate (6.907%) , 1 ,2 - Benzenedicarboxylic acid , mono (2 - ethylhexyl) ester(5.0280%) ， hexacosane (4.
9770%) and docosane (3.8650%) . |
