快速城市化和全球气候持续变化,导致区域水资源供需矛盾日益突出.文章以陕
西省为研究对象.基于回归分析、灰色预测、最优分配、BP神经网络等方法,运用MATLAB、
LINGO、EVIEWS等软件量化分析了水资源短缺与水资源调配问题, 初步建立了反映缺水程度
的S - R模型、水资源分配模型.研究结果可为该地区水资源可持续利用提供理论与实践的参
考. |

Rapid urbanization and global climate change result in an increasingly serious contradiction of regional water supply-
and-demand. This article selects Shaanxi province as the research model , uses methods such as regression analysis ,
gray prediction , optimal allocation and BP neural network , and applies MATLAB, UNGO , EVIEWS and other software to
quantify both the shortage and allocation of water resources. It creates the S - R model based on the water deficiency and a
water resources allocation model. The research has certain theoretical and practical significance to the sustainable utilization
of water resources in this area. |
