文章研究了不同因素(改性温度、水热介质、矿化剂(氢氧化钾)浓度、水热时间)对氢氧
化镁晶体改性效果,采用扫描电镜和XRD 对不同因素下的氢氧化镁团聚和颗粒分布进行了表征.
结果表明:当制备阻燃剂氢氧化镁的水热温度为220 ℃,水热介质为尿素,水热时间为8 h,矿化剂
浓度为2 mol/L 时,改性氢氧化镁晶体的粒径增加,分散性有较大的改善,并逐渐生长成为规则的六
方片状晶体. 阻燃剂氢氧化镁的理论研究对实际应用领域具有一定的参考价值. |

The article studies the different factors (modification temperature, hydrothermal medium, mineralizing agent
(potassium hydroxide) concentration, hydrothermal time) on the modification effects of magnesium hydroxide alert. The dimension and morphology of the products are characterized by SEM and XRD. According to the system analysis, when Magnesium hydroxide is in hot water with the temperature of 220 ℃, transfer mediais is urea, hydrothermal time is 8 h, mineralizer concentration is 2 mol/L. The modification effect of magnesium hydroxide is relatively clear crystal grain size increases,
dispersion has great improvement, and gradually grow into the rules of the six-party flake crystal. This research has some
theoretical significance and practical value. |
