Sodium alginate is good in biocompatibility, hydrophilicity and special formability, and also easy to get and low
in price, so it is widely used in adsorption of heavy metal ions, dye, antibiotics, pesticide, surfactant and other pollutants.
This paper introduces the research progress of composite adsorption materials of sodium alginate, such as sodium alginate
crosslinking hydrogels, interpenetrating polymer network gel, the composite materials of sodium alginate and small particles
adsorbent as well as magnetic gel. Sodium alginate composite materials can be reused and keep good adsorption property,
so it is a very promising biological polymer material. |
