      荧光检测广泛应用于化学、环境、生物医学等众多领域,具有选择传感功能的荧光分子 日益受到人们的重视. 用乙二胺连接罗丹明B 和7-二乙胺基-3-醛基香豆素合成了一个荧光共振 能量转移系统RC,合成方法简便、快速,产物经核磁共振、质谱和X-射线单晶衍射表征. RC 对pH 值表现出灵敏的荧光响应能力,当pH 值等于或大于5.7 时,RC 在500 nm 发射香豆素的特征荧光, 随着酸度增加(pH 值从5.7 到3.8),500 nm 的发射带逐渐消失,同时在580 nm 产生强荧光,荧光颜 色从绿色逐渐变为黄色,最后变为橙色. 这归因于从香豆素到开环罗丹明B 的荧光共振能量转移, 因此,RC 有望发展成为一个有价值的pH值比率荧光探针.
英文摘要:
      Fluorescence detection is widely used in chemical, environmental and biological medicine. The fluorescence molecules with selective sensing function are attracting the attention and concern of people. Herein rhodamine B and 7-(diethylamino)-3-formylcoumarin were conjugated by ethanediamine to afford a pH-sensitive fluorescent compound, and its structure was confirmed by NMR, MS and X-ray single crystal diffraction. When pH value ranged from 5.7 to 3.8, a signifi⁃ cant fluorescence enhancement at 580 nm and meanwhile the gradual disappearance of the emission at 500 nm were observed, which were ascribed to the fluorescence resonance energy transfer from coumarin moiety to the ring-opened rhodamine B moiety, so RC is very likely to be developed as a ratiometric fluorescent probe for pH measurement.
