| 针对多指标综合评价中“各单一方法评价结论的非一致性”问题，文章提出了一种基于
结果一致度的组合评价方法，该方法利用各单一评价方法与其余评价方法的一致性程度的差异性
来建立模型，确定组合权重. 最后结合实例，将基于结果一致度的组合评价方法与标准化评价值平
均法、模糊Borda 法的有效性进行了对比分析，结果表明该方法的有效性更强. |

| Inconsistency among the evaluation conclusions drawn by different evaluation methods exists in the multi-index evaluation. A new combination evaluation method based on the degree of result consistency is proposed in this paper to
solve such problem. This method establishes the model and determines the combination weights by distinguishing the degree of consistency between every single evaluation method and the other evaluation methods. Finally, through case analysis, we compare the effectiveness between the proposed method, the standard evaluation method and the Fuzzy Borda method. The results show that the new method is more effective. |
