      我国的职业教育应是培育“工匠型人才”的摇篮,这就需要各个职业学校领会“工匠精 神”内涵,掌握“工匠精神”精髓,全方位推进校企合作. 通过校企合作,搭建“工匠型人才”培养平台, 校企合作培育 “工匠型人才”, 进行现代学徒制试点等各种有效途径,使学生成为企业满意的匠人.
英文摘要:
      Vocational education in China should be the cradle of cultivating “artisan talent” , which requires all the vocational colleges comprehend connotation and essence of the “craftsman spirit” and encourage cooperation between vocational colleges and enterprise. Through the college-enterprise cooperation, training platforms built for cultivating artisan talents, enterprise were satisfied with students cultivated by all sorts of effective ways, especially by way of modern apprentice⁃ ship.
