涂在固体电极表面制备出相应的蛋白质电化学传感器. 为了证明 Hb 与复合材料混合后其原始构象
基本不变,采用光谱技术进行表征. 利用循环伏安扫描在 Hb 修饰电极上出现一对良好对称峰形的
准可逆氧化还原峰,表明电活性的 Hb 发生反应. 同时利用此方法求解了电化学参数如电子传递系
数和异相电极反应速率常数,考察了该电化学传感器对三氯乙酸的电催化行为. |

In this paper ionic liquid modified carbon paste electrode is used as the basal electrode(CILE) , which is coat⁃
ed with GR-TiO2 nanocomposite, hemoglobin (Hb) and Nafion to get an electrochemical protein sensor (Nafion/Hb/
GR-TiO2/CILE) . Spectroscopic results indicate that Hb almost keeps the original characteristics without denaturation. Cy⁃
clic voltammetry is used and on Hb modified electrode a pair of quasi-reversible redox peaks appear, which indicates that
Hb is electroactive. Electrochemical parameters such as electron transfer number and heterogenous electron transfer coeffi⁃
cient are calculated. And this electrochemical sensor is applied to the electrocatalytic reduction of trichloroacetic acid. |
