活性炭是一种具有丰富孔隙结构和巨大比表面积的碳质吸附材料,在污水净化领域
具有广泛的应用价值. 根据单一变量原则,研究了粉末活性炭对水中重金属离子 Cr ( VI)、 Cu (II)
和 Fe(III)的吸附作用. 实验结果表明,粉末活性炭能有效去除 3 种重金属离子,且去除效果受温
度、吸附时间、活性炭用量、溶液 pH 值的影响. 随着活性炭用量、温度或吸附时间的增加, 3 种离子
的去除率先增后减,而溶液 pH 值增加时, Cu (II)离子的去除率几乎不变, Cr ( VI)和 Fe (III)离子的
去除率却逐渐降低. 吸附时间超过 30 min 时,粉末活性炭对 3 种离子中的 Cu (II)离子去除效果最
好,去除率达 90 %以上. Cu (II)离子的去除最优条件为 40 °C (温度)、 30 min (吸附时间)、 0.15 g (活
性炭用量)和 2.0 (pH) . |

Activated carbon is a kind of carbon based adsorption material with abundant pore structure and large specific
surface area, which is widely used in the field of sewage purification. In this paper, adsorption process of heavy metal ions
(Cr ( VI) , Cu (II) , and Fe (III))in water by powdered activated carbon(PAC)is studied. The results show that three ions
could be adsorbed effectively by PAC and adsorption capacity of PAC is affected by temperature, adsorption time, PAC
dosage, and pH value of solution. The removal rates of three ions rose first and then drop with the increasing of tempera⁃
tures, adsorption times, or PAC dosages. The removal rate of Cu (II)changes little with the increasing of pH value of solu⁃
tion, but the removal rates of Cr ( VI)and Fe(III)decrease. The removal effect of Cu (II)by PAC is the best among the
three ions when adsorption time is more than 30 mins, and its removal rate gets to above 90%. The optimal conditions of
adsorption for Cu (II)are 40 °C in temperature, 30 min in adsorption time, 0.15 g in PAC dosage and 2.0 in pH value. |
