Under salt stress compared with ordinary cultivation, the effects of inoculating arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi
(AMF)on the changes of plant biomass in Bruguiera sexangula var. rhynchopetala seedlings were studied by adopting mesocosm experiment. The results show that AMF can increase the seedlings’leaf area, plant height growth rate, diameter
growth rate and the average biomass with the increasing of the salt stress degree, and the AMF infection group could relieve
the adverse effects on the plants effectively. |
