利用LC-MS/MS 分析系统,建立了蔬菜中氨基甲酸酯类农药残留分析方法,并测定了6
种叶子菜中的农药残留量. 结果表明,氨基甲酸酯类农药甲萘威、抗蚜威、克百威在0.05~100 ng/mL
范围内线性回归良好,相关系数R2均大于0.9990,检出限在0.02~0.09 μg/kg 之间,定量限在0.07~ 0.28 μg/kg 之间,平均加标回收率均大于81.3%,相对标准偏差均低于9.82%. 本法灵敏度高、准确性
好、精密度好、选择性强、分析速度快,应用范围广,可以满足对蔬菜中氨基甲酸酯类农药残留的分
析检测要求. |

With LC-MS/MS analysis system, this paper analyzes the carbamate pesticide residues in vegetables, and determines the pesticide residues in six kinds of vegetables. Ultrasonic extraction and rotary evaporator are used to remove solvent. The result shows that carbamate pesticide methyl, carbaryl and pirimicarb, budweiser within 0.05~100 ng/mL have
good linear regression, correlation coefficient R2 is greater than 0.9990, method detection limit is from 0.02 μg/kg to 0.09 μg/kg, quantification limit is from 0.07 μg/kg to 0.28 μg/kg, standard addition recovery is greater than 81.3%, and relative standard deviation is below 9.82%. It proves that the research method has features of high sensitivity, accuracy, precision, selectivity, fast analysis, and wide application range, thus can meet the needs for carbamate pesticide residues in vegetables in
testing requirements. |
