To study the effect of bamboo shoot shell in culturing Pleurotus ostreatus, Pleurotus ostreatus are cultivated instock spawn culture medium, culture spawn culture medium and culture medium, with different concentrations ofbamboo
shoot shell respectively. The result shows that all concentrations of the bamboo shoot shell in stock spawn culture medium
and culture spawn culture medium can increase hypha growth of Pleurotus ostreatus, and the best concentration of increase
was 60%. The capability of decomposing and using bamboo shoot shell can be formed by induction culture. The culture medium with bamboo shoot shell could increase the yield of Pleurotus ostreatus and the biological efficiency in medium; the best
concentration of bamboo shoot shell for culture C is 80%, with 49.37% of the biological efficiency; the best concentration of
bamboo shoot shell for culture T is 60%, with 43.36% of the biological efficiency. The bamboo shoot shell can be culture medium material for Pleurotus ostreatus. |
