| 以福建省为例，从投入产出视角，构建城镇化效率指标体系，采用DEA 模型、Malmquist 指数方法，综合测算了2002—2014 年福建省城镇化综合效率、纯技术效率、规模效率以及Malmquist 效率；基于ARC-Gis 空间分析平台，运用空间自相关模型分析福建省城镇化效率的空间格局演化特征. 结果表明：从时间演化上看，福建省城镇化Malmquist 效率整体上处于不平衡的增长阶段，未达到理想状态，综合效率与规模效率均呈波浪式上升态势，纯技术效率则总体偏高并略微上升；从空间演化上看，福建省城镇化效率存在一定程度的空间集聚，城镇化效率为HH 类型的地区主要集中于厦门、泉州等地，面积增加且空间上具有向外部区域扩散的现象，LL类型的地区集中于三明、南平等地，面积略微下降且空间格局保持稳定. 文章的研究旨在为福建省资源配置、城镇化规划提供相关依据. |

| From the perspectives of input, output and building of urbanization efficiency index system, using DEA model and the Malmquist index method, the paper takes Fujian province as an example to comprehensively measure the urbanization comprehensive efficiency, pure technical efficiency, scale efficiency and Malmquist efficiency between 2002 and 2014 in Fujian province. Based on the ARC-Gis spatial analysis platform, using the model of a spatial auto-correlation, the paper analyses the spatial pattern evolution features of urbanization efficiency in Fujian province. The results show that the urbanization Malmquist efficiency of Fujian province as a whole is at an unbalanced growing stage, not reaching the ideal. The comprehensive efficiency and scale efficiency are outer-plane and rise, and pure technical efficiency is generally in a high rising trend. From the space perspective, the urbanization efficiency of Fujian province is positively correlative and spatial agglomerate. The urbanization efficiency for HH type areas are mainly concentrated in Xiamen, and Quanzhou, which are in a rising and diffusing trend. The LL type is concentrated in Sanming and Nanping, which are in slightly decreased and stable trend. The study aims to provide the basis for the development of urbanization in Fujian province. |
