| 基于旅游竞争力的科学内涵，文章从城镇旅游资源条件、旅游经济发展水平、旅游接待
设施条件、社会经济发展水平和旅游环境条件等5 个方面构建海南省城镇旅游竞争力评价指标体
系，采用主成分分析和聚类分析方法，对海南省18 个市县（不含三沙市）城镇旅游竞争力进行定量测
度及分类评价，提出差异化提升建议. 海南省城镇旅游竞争力呈现出“南强于北，东强于中西，沿海
强于内陆”的空间格局特征. 三亚市旅游市场独树一帜，竞争力远高于其他市县. 在建设国际旅游岛
的背景下，海南省各市县城镇应充分挖掘旅游资源潜力，营造良好的旅游环境和服务意识，因地制
宜打造各具特色的旅游景区，促进城镇旅游竞争力的全面提高. |

| In this paper, the authors construct an index system of urban tourism competitiveness, including the tourism resources, tourism economic development level, tourism facilities condition, social and economic development level and tourism environment, and quantitative measurement and classification types of the urban tourism competitiveness of 18 cities in
Hainan province by using the method of principal component analysis and clustering analysis. We find that urban tourism
competitiveness in Hainan has significant spatial differentiation, the south cities are better than that of the north cities, the
east cities are better than that of the middle and the west cities, and the coastal cities are better than that of the inland cities.
Moreover, Sanya has the highest urban tourism competitiveness among the cities. Under the micro background of construction of international tourism island, the cities in Hainan Province should exploit the potentialities of tourism resources, construct better tourism environment and service consciousness, and build distinctive tourism spots taking account the local conditions of the cities, aiming at improving the urban tourism competitiveness. |
