| 在“新常态”背景下，对城镇化进行研究具有重要意义. 文章选取2000—2014 年海南省
及其各市县城镇化率和产业城镇化率作为人口和产业城镇化扩张指标，通过运用相关软件和构建
离差系数模型，对海南省及其各市县的“人口-产业”城镇化的时空演化进行系统研究. 研究显示：1）
海南省人口城镇化与产业城镇化水平虽整体呈逐年上升的发展态势，但其增长速度仍明显低于东
部沿海地区和中国；2）海南省各市县人口城镇化与产业城镇化水平整体呈上升趋势，其各市县间差
异特征依然存在；3）海南省各市县“人口-产业”城镇化的离差系数整体呈好转趋势. 在空间布局上其
失调等级总体呈现“马蹄形”的分布态势. |

| Under the background of“new normal”, the study of urbanization is of great significance. This articleselectsthe
urbanization rate and industrial urban expansion rate of different cities and counties in Hainan Province between 2000 and
2014 to systematically study the spatial and temporal evolution of“population and industry”of Hainan Province by using the
related software and constructing the deviation coefficient model. The results show: 1）Although the level of population urbanization and industrial urbanization in Hainan Province is rising in a whole year by year, its growth rate remains significantly
lower than the eastern coastal areas; 2）Although the overall level of population urbanization and industrial urbanization in
cities and countries is rising, great differences still exist; 3）The deviation coefficient of population urbanization and industrial urbanization tends to improve. In spatial distribution,the imbalanced level is in“horseshoe shaped”distribution. |
