技术和理化性质对化合物结构进行鉴定,鉴定结构为:乌索酸(1)、奎诺酸(2)、β-谷甾醇(3)、环桉
烯醇(4)、东莨菪亭(5)、香草酸甲酯(6). 其中化合物(2)、(4)、(5)、(6)为首次从该植物中分离得到. |

Six compounds were obtained by silica gel chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 chromatography and reversed-phase chromatography from the methanol extract of the twigs of Uncaria scandens(Smith)Hutchins of Yunnan. The
chemical structures of these compounds were identified by modern spectroscopic analysis combined with their physico-chemical data. These compounds were identified to be ursolic acid(1), quinovic acid(2), β-sitosterol(3), cycloeucalenol(4), scopoletin(5), and vanilic acid methyl ester(6). Among them, compounds 2, 4, 5 and 6 were isolated from U. scandens for the first time. |
