孔ZnO 纳米球和血红蛋白(Hb)用壳聚糖固定在电极表面制备出电化学酶传感器. 紫外可见光谱和
傅里叶变换红外光谱实验结果表明Hb 在复合膜内保持其基本结构. 通过修饰电极在PH 6.0 的PBS
缓冲溶液中的循环伏安,得到了的一对良好的氧化还原峰,可以证明Hb 分子结构中的电活性中心
与电极之间发生了直接电子转移,对Hb 的电化学行为进行研究,求解了相关的电化学参数,该Hb
修饰电极对三氯乙酸表现出良好的电催化活性. |

Ionic liquid 1-butylpyridinium hexafluorophosphate was used as the modifier to prepare a carbon ionic liquid
electrode and used as the base electrode. Mesoporous ZnO nanosphere and hemoglobin (Hb) were immobilized on the CILE
surface by a chitosan film to get an electrochemical sensor. UV-Vis absorption and FT-IR infrared spectra proved that Hb
remained its basic conformation in the composite. Cyclic voltammetric results exhibited a pair of well-defined redox peak in
pH 6.0 PBS, which was ascribed to the direct electron transfer of electroactive center of Hb with the working electrode. Electrochemical behaviors of Hb on the modified electrode were studied and the electrochemical parameters were calculated.
This Hb modified electrode showed excellent electrocatalytic activity to the reduction of tricholoacetic acid. |
