为提高酪蛋白的提取效果,通过探究预先脱脂牛奶和未预先脱脂牛奶在不同pH(4.5、4.6、4.7、4.8、4.9)条件下沉淀酪蛋白的效果,得出了先离心脱脂,然后在pH 4.6 的条件下进行酪蛋白凝集,最后在离心管中悬浮沉淀洗涤,可以达到最佳的提取效果,得率和纯度分别是98.58%和97.52%. 实验结果表明,该法操作简单,可有效提高酪蛋白的提取效果和纯度,缩短提取时间,实验教学效果良好. |

To improve the extraction of casein, this study explored extraction efficiency of casecn from milk and skimmd milk in different pH(4.5、4.6、4.7、4.8、4.9). It concluded that casein from skimmed milk aggregated in pH 4.6 and then suspended and washed precipitate in the centrifuge tube, could achieve the best extraction results. The yield and purity were 98.58% and 97.52% respectively. This study simplified the experimental procedure, effectively raised the purity of casein,shortened the extraction time, and the effect of experimental teaching was improved significantly |
