      文章以晋江市为研究区域,基于2000、2005 和2013 年三期SPOT 遥感数据,在定量分析 研究区土地利用程度、土地利用动态变化以及土地覆被变化的基础上,参考P-S-R 模型框架,从经济、环境、资源、人口等方面选取19 个评价指标构建土地资源生态安全评价指标体系,并结合研究区近年来的经济社会发展情况定量评价其土地资源生态安全状况. 结果显示:2000—2013 年晋江市土地利用处于发展上升期,建设用地面积持续增加,呈现极端非平衡“涨势”状态,其他土地利用类型均呈现“落势”状态,规模趋于缩减趋势,使晋江市土地利用结构失调,土地覆被状况及宏观生态状况越转越差;13 年间土地资源生态安全综合评价指数呈先上升后下降的趋势. 2000 年土地资源生态安全综合值为0.619,安全等级为Ⅳ,处于风险级(中警状态);2005 年上升至0.741,安全等级为Ⅲ,处于敏感级(预警状态);2013 年又下降至0.674,虽仍处于敏感级(预警状态),但土地资源生态安全综合评价指数有所下降.

      This paper, taking Jinjiang City for example, is based on the remote sensing(RS)images of Jinjiang in 2000,2009 and 2013 to quantitatively analyze the degree of land use, dynamic change of land utilization, and change of land cover. By adopting the pressure-state-response model framework, the authors have selected 19 evaluations from the aspects of population, resources, economy, environment, developed evaluation criteria, and also studied the land resources ecological security by developing the ecological safety evaluation index system. The results show that: the land use in Jinjiang city is still in developing trend from 2000 to 2013, and construction land areas continue to increase, showing an extreme non-equilibrium "rally" state. Other types of land use tend to reduce, showing a "falling trend". All these lead to the imbalanced land use structure in Jinjiang city, with land cover and macro ecological conditions turning poorer and poorer. The comprehensive index of land resource ecological security in the study area rises at the beginning, and then goes down. The comprehensive index of land resource ecological security in 2000 was 0.619, then rose to 0.741 in 2005, finally declined slightly to 0.674 in 2013. From the view of the ecological system security, ecological security in Jinjiang changes from risk level to sensitivity level, showing the transition from a poor condition to an overall good one. However, the protection of land resources and ecological security is still the focus of future work
