      在真空干燥、密闭干燥、热风干燥条件下,研究干燥温度为50 ℃、60 ℃、70 ℃和样品厚 度(1 mm、2 mm、3 mm)对海巴戟天果的干燥动力学和蒽醌类化合物含量的影响. 水分的干燥曲线表明干燥动力学和有效水分扩散率的关系,阿伦尼乌斯方程则表示扩散系数与温度的关系. 干燥条件、样品厚度(1 mm、2 mm 和3 mm 厚度)以及干燥温度影响干燥率和蒽醌类化合物含量. 真空干燥条件具有更高的干燥效率,水分扩散率和蒽醌类化合物含量均较高. 当样品厚度为3 mm,真空条件下扩散系数8.82×10-10 m2/s,活化能为36.52 KJ/mol.

      tudies of the drying kinetics and anthraquinone content in Morinda citrifolia were carried out under different drying conditioner(vacuum, cabinet, hot air drying)and different thickness(1 mm,2 mm,3 mm). Drying curves exhibited the relationship between drying kinetics and effective moisture diffusion. The temperature dependence of the effective moisture diffusion was satisfactorily described by an Arrehenius-type relationship. Drying conditions, thickness and operation temperature had various effects on drying rate, anthraquinone content and final quality of the product. Vacuum method had higher drying rate with higher conservation of anthraquinone that was connected to faster drying condition and oxygen deficient medium. If the thickness was 3mm, the effective moisture coefficient was 8.82×10-10(m2/s) under the vacuum drying conditions. Then, activation energy was calculated to be 36.52 kJ mol-1.
