以L-脯氨酸为原料,分别采用NaBH4/I2及LiAlH4两种还原体系制备L-脯氨醇,研究了反应时间及温度对产率的影响. 结果表明,以LiAlH4为还原剂制备L-脯氨醇,反应时间可以缩短到3h,产率提高到92%. 产物结构经核磁共振氢谱进行了表征. |

L-Prolinol was made from L-proline with two reduction systems of NaBH4/I2 and LiAlH4 respectively. The effects of reaction time and temperature were explored. The results indicated that L-prolinol made using LiAlH4 could improve the yield by 92%, and shorten the reaction time to 3h. The structure of the target compound was confirmed by 1H NMR. |
