      新质生产力是一种融数据要素、智能技术以及制度创新为一体的先进生产力形态,能极大地提高生产要素配置效率且构建多种技术应用场景,能为会展业的数智化提供核心动力。会展业作为连接市场生产与消费、供给与需求的平台,不仅促进了企业在技术与信息层面的交流,倒逼企业内部产业升级,也极大推动了中国与世界的贸易往来,提升了中国的国际经济地位。然而,传统会展业存在运营效率低、场景单一等问题,难以跟上数字时代发展的步伐,迫切需要将新质生产力引入会展领域,利用其数据驱动与技术创新的优势破解会展业转型障碍。本文基于2020—2024年中国城市级面板数据,通过构建结构方程模型与回归分析,量化技术创新与商业模式创新的中介效应,并引入政府支持力度作为调节变量,系统验证变量间的关系与影响程度,该研究方法保证了研究的统计科学性,为揭示新质生产力对会展业数智化的影响提供有力的数据支撑。研究表明:(1)新质生产力的发展对会展业数智化起到显著促进作用;(2)新质生产力借助技术创新和商业模式创新2条路径推动该转型,其中技术创新的贡献程度较高,商业模式创新的中介作用相对较小;(3)政府支持力度在该转型过程中发挥着正向调节作用。为此,建议进一步融入数字经济,促进城市会展数智化;加强人才支撑,培养具备数字素养与专业能力的复合型会展人才;强化低碳环保理念,推动数字技术与会展场景深度融合,打造绿色城市会展生态等,以进一步释放新质生产力的制度与技术红利,助力会展业实现高质量发展。

      New quality productivity is an advanced form of productivity that integrates data elements, intelligent technology, and institutional innovation, greatly improving the efficiency of production factor allocation and constructing various technological application scenarios, which can provide core impetus for the digital intelligence of the exhibition industry. The exhibition industry serves as a platform that connects market production and consumption, supply and demand. It not only promotes exchanges among enterprises at the technical and information levels, forces internal industrial upgrading within enterprises, but also significantly boosts trade between China and the world, enhancing China's international economic status. However, the bottlenecks such as low operational efficiency and single scenarios in the traditional exhibition industry are difficult to keep pace with the development of the digital age. Therefore, it is urgent to introduce new quality productive forces into the exhibition field. By leveraging their advantages of data-driven and technological innovation, these forces can solve the obstacles in the digital intelligence of the exhibition industry. Based on the national city-level panel data from 2020 to 2024, this paper mainly quantifies the mediating effects of technological innovation and business model innovation through the construction of structural equation models and regression analysis. It also introduces the government support intensity as a moderating variable to systematically verify the relationships and influence degrees among the variables. This research method ensures the statistical scientific of the study and provides favorable data support for revealing the impact of new quality productivity on the digital intelligence of the exhibition industry. The results showed that: (1) the development of new quality productivity forces have a significant promoting effect on the digital intelligence of the exhibition industry. (2) New quality productivity forces promote this transformation through two paths: technological innovation and business model innovation. Between them, technological innovation contributes more, while business model innovation plays a relatively small mediating role. (3) The government's support plays a positive regulatory role in this transformation process. Therefore, it is necessary to further integrate into the digital economy and promote the digital intelligence of urban exhibitions; We need to strengthen talent support and cultivate exhibition talents equipped with both digital literacy and professional expertise; We need to strengthen the concept of low-carbon environmental protection and create a green city exhibition ecology. Through these measures, the institutional and technological dividends of new quality productivity can be further released, facilitating the high-quality development of the exhibition industry.
