      海洋生物毒素是指由海洋中的藻类、鱼类、贝类等海洋生物次生代谢产生的有毒物质。这些毒素通过食物链积累,对人类健康、海洋生态系统和渔业资源造成危害。海洋生物毒素痕量即可致病,且共存基质复杂,因此,对于食品或环境中的海洋生物毒素的精准分析尤为重要,海洋生物毒素的样品的前处理技术直接决定了后续检测的准确性、灵敏度和可靠性。本文综述了适用于海洋生物毒素分析的几种关键前处理技术,包括液液萃取、固相萃取、磁性固相萃取、磁分离技术及QuEChERS方法,重点阐述了其基本原理、技术特点及在各类毒素检测中的应用进展与局限。最后,论文展望了海洋生物毒素样品前处理的未来趋势,旨在为海洋生物毒素的精准检测分析提供有益参考。
英文摘要:
      Marine toxins are toxic substances produced by the secondary metabolism of marine organisms, such as algae, fish and shellfish. These toxins accumulate through the food chain and pose risks to human health, marine ecosystems, and fishery resources. Even trace amounts can cause illness and the complex coexisting matrices make precise analysis particularly important. The sample pretreatment techniques for marine biological toxins critically determine the accuracy, sensitivity, and reliability of subsequent detection and analysis. This article reviewed the principles, characteristics and applications of liquid-liquid extraction, solid-phase extraction, magnetic solid-phase extraction, magnetic separation technology and QuEChERS sample pretreatment technology. The future trends in this field were also discussed, aiming to provide valuable references for the precise detection and analysis of marine toxins.
