| 为了研究鸡嘴簕的化学成分及生物活性,利用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析及HPLC等分离技术对鸡嘴簕(Caesalpinia sinensis Hemsl.)枝叶化学成分进行分离纯化,采用NMR/MS等谱学技术对纯化后的化合物进行表征。最终从鸡嘴簕枝叶中分离鉴定了11个化合物,分别为neocaesalpin D (1)、neocaesalpin N (2)、neocaesalpin L (3)、caesalpin F (4)、7-oxodehydroabietic acid (5)、3-deoxysappanone B (6)、bonducellin (7)、(3R)-dihydrobonducellin (8)、(E)-7-methoxy-3-(4'-methoxybenzylidene)chroman-4-one (9)、(aR,7R)-13-O-acetyl-7-dehydroxyprotosappanin B (10)和(aS,7R)-13-O-acetyl-7-dehydroxyprotosappanin B (11)。所有化合物均首次从该植物中分离得到。测试了卡萨烷型二萜(1 ~ 4)对人乳腺癌细胞株MDA-MB-468的抗增殖活性,结果表明化合物1 ~ 4对人乳腺癌肿瘤细胞系均无明显活性。 |

| To study the chemical constituents and biological activities of Caesalpinia sinensis Hemsl., separation and purification of its leaf and stem compounds were performed using separation techniques such as silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography, and HPLC. The purified compounds were characterized employing spectroscopic techniques including NMR/MS. A total of 11 compounds were isolated and identified from the leaves and stems and elucidated as neocaesalpin D (1), neocaesalpin N (2), neocaesalpin L (3), caesalpin F (4), 7-oxodehydroabietic acid (5), 3-deoxysappanone B (6), bonducellin (7), (3R)-dihydrobonducellin (8), (E)-7-methoxy-3-(4'-methoxybenzylidene)chroman-4-one (9), (aR,7R)-13-O-acetyl-7-dehydroxyprotosappanin B (10), and (aS,7R)-13-O-acetyl-7-dehydroxyprotosappanin B (11). All compounds were first isolated from this plant. The antiproliferative activity of cassane-type diterpenes (1-4) against the human breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-468 was tested, and the results demonstrated that compounds 1-4 exhibited no significant activity against the human breast cancer tumor cell line. |
