      本文采用系统溶剂提取法、各种色谱技术(正反相硅胶柱层析以及半制备高效液相色谱等)对打箭菊(Tanacetum tatsienense)乙酸乙酯提取物的化学成分进行分离纯化。通过各种波谱技术(1D和2D-NMR)、高分辨质谱、量子化学的计算以及化学方法对所分离的化合物进行结构鉴定,分离并鉴定6个萜类化合物,其中化合物1为新去胡萝卜素苷,命名为tatsienenoside A (1),其余的已知化合物分别鉴定为3β-hydroxy-β-ionone (2)、1β-hydroxy-7-epi-costic acid methyl ester (3)、阿里二醇(4)、款冬二醇 (5)、马尼拉二醇 (6)。采用CCK-8方法对所分离的萜类化合物进行体外抗肿瘤细胞增殖活性测试,结果表明阿里二醇对人非小细胞肺癌A549细胞有较好的抗增殖活性,IC50值为(12.58±0.60) µmol/L。

      In this study, systematic solvent extraction techniques and different chromatographic methods, such as normal-phase and reverse-phase silica gel column chromatography, along with semi-preparative high-performance liquid chromatography, were employed to isolate and purify the chemical components extracted from the ethyl acetate extract of Tanacetum tatsienense. The structures of the obtained compounds were determined using a range of spectroscopic techniques, including 1D and 2D NMR, high-resolution mass spectrometry, quantum chemical calculations, and conventional chemical methods. Six terpenoids were isolated and identified. Among them, compound 1 was recognized as a new norcarotenoid glycoside, named as tatsienenoside A (1). The remaining compounds were identified as known terpenoids, including 3β-hydroxy-β-ionone (2), 1β-hydroxy-7-epi-costic acid methyl ester (3), arnidiol (4), faradiol (5), and maniladiol (6). The anti-proliferative activity of the isolated terpenoids was assessed using the CCK-8 method. The results indicated that arnidiol (4) exhibited moderate anti-proliferative activity against human non-small cell lung cancer A549 cells, with an IC50 value of (12.58 ± 0.60) µmol/L.
