| 异质结半导体有利于光生载流子分离。本实验采用超声波水热法制备了不同质量分数的Bi2WO6/ g-C3N4光催化剂,经过红外光谱分析技术(FT-IR)、X射线晶体衍射技术(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)的表征和分析可知Bi2WO6与g-C3N4成功复合为Z型异质结半导体。用孔雀石绿模拟水体中有机污染物进行了光催化降解实验,结果表明,Bi2WO6掺杂量为15%的复合光催化剂光催化效果最佳,自然光照射3 h降解率可达98.9%,表现出较高的光催化活性。 |

| Heterojunction semiconductors are conducive to the separation of photogenerated carriers. The Bi2WO6/g-C3N4 photocatalysts with different amount of doped Bi2WO6 were synthesized by ultrasonic hydrothermal method. The obtained photocatalysts were characterized by FT-IR, XRD and SEM. The analysis showed that Bi2WO6 successfully recombined with g-C3N4 to form a Z-type heterojunction semiconductor. Malachite green simulating organic pollutants in the water was used as the degradation target.The results showed that 15%-Bi2WO6/g-C3N4 as the photocatalyst can aquire the best catalytic effect. The degradation rate can achieve 98.9% after 3 h of natural light irradiation, exhibiting high photocatalytic activity. |
