| 本文研究了1株药用红树来源真菌Talaromyces sp. 23061902的次级代谢产物及其生物活
性。综合利用正、反相硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析、半制备HPLC等色谱分离技术,对该
菌发酵产物乙酸乙酯部位进行分离纯化,得到单体化合物;综合运用核磁共振波谱、质谱等波谱鉴定
方法并与文献数据对照,确定单体化合物的结构;并对粗提物和所获得的化合物测试了ABTS清除自
由基活性和抗农业致病菌活性。从真菌Talaromyces sp. 23061902中分离鉴定7个单体化合物,包括3
个苯衍生物 2,5-dimethylbenzene-1,3-diol(1)、2-hydroxy-3,4,6-trimethylbenzoic acid(2)和 2,4-
dihydroxy-3,6-dimethylbenzoic acid(3),4个聚酮类化合物penisimplicissin(4)、dihydrovermistatin(5)、
aspergillumarin A(6)和penipyranicin B(7)。活性测试结果表明,粗提物和化合物1、7具有抗氧化活
性,其IC50值分别为62.5、18.2和13.5 μg/mL,阳性对照 vitamin C(IC50,10.0 μg/mL)。粗提物和化合物1
对水稻黄单胞菌(Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae)具有抑制活性,最小抑制浓度(MIC)分别为100和
6.25 µg/mL,其中化合物1的活性强于阳性对照中生菌素(MIC,12.5 µg/mL)。 |

| This study investigated the secondary metabolites and their bioactivities of a medicinal mangrove-derived fun‐
gus Talaromyces sp. 23061902. The secondary metabolites were isolated and purified by forward and reverse-phase silica
gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography, semi-preparative HPLC and other chromatographic separation methods. The structures were identified through comprehensive NMR, MS, and other spectral analysis
methods, and compared with the data reported in literature. The obtained compounds were evaluated in terms of ABTS radi‐
cal scavenging activity and anti-phytopathogenic activity. Seven known compounds were isolated and identified from fun‐
gus Talaromyces sp. 23061902, including three benzene derivatives, 5-dimethylbenzene-1,3-diol (1), 2-hydroxy-,4,6-tri‐
methylbenzoic acid (2), 4-dihydroxy-,6-dimethylbenzoic acid (3), and four polyketone compounds such as polyketides pe‐
nisimplicissin (4), dihydrovermistatin (5), aspergillumarin A (6), and penipyranicin B (7). The bioactivity assays revealed
that the crude extract, compounds 1 and 7 exhibited antioxidant activities with IC50 values of 62.5, 18.2 and 13.5 μg/mL, re‐
spectively, compared with the vitamin C in control group showing the IC50 value of 10.0 μg/mL. The crude extract and com‐
pound 1 exhibited significant inhibitory activity against Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae, with minimum inhibitory concentra‐
tion (MIC) of 100 μg/mL and 6.25 μg/mL, respectively. Notably, compound 1 demonstrated superior potency compared to
Zhongshengmycin in positive control (MIC, 12.5 μg/mL). |
