| 经济发展导致餐饮油烟(COFs)排放量剧增,其中的颗粒物和挥发性有机物(VOCs)对环境和人体构成不可忽视的威胁。传统净化技术已无法满足排放需求,一些成熟的VOCs治理技术被引入餐饮油烟净化中,其中催化氧化技术表现突出,实现了高效、环保的油烟净化。本文系统梳理了餐饮油烟催化氧化技术在催化剂方面的研究进展,分析了不同催化材料在餐饮油烟VOCs消除应用中的特性及其发展趋势,旨在为催化氧化餐饮油烟VOCs的研究提供思路和参考。 |

| Economic development has led to a dramatic increase in catering oil fumes (COFs) emissions, with particulate matter and Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) posing a non-negligible threat to the environment and human health. Traditional purification technologies are no longer sufficient to meet emission standards, leading to the adoption of some novelty VOCs treatment technologies for the purification of catering oil fumes. Among these technologies, catalytic oxidation has stood out as particularly effective, providing efficient and environmentally friendly purification of oil fumes. This paper systematically reviews the research progress in catalysts for catalytic oxidation of catering oil fumes. It analyzes the characteristics and developmental trends of various catalytic materials used in eliminating VOCs from these fumes, aiming to provide insights and references for further research in this field. |
