| 枳实(Aurantii Fructus immaturus)作为中国传统药材,因富含多种生物活性成分而沿用已久。超声辅助提取技术能通过机械振动破坏枳实细胞壁结构,促进溶剂渗透,增强活性成分的溶出效率。本研究采用超声辅助5种不同极性溶剂提取枳实总黄酮,并探究枳实总黄酮的抗氧化与抗炎活性。通过超氧阴离子、DPPH及ABTS自由基清除能力评价抗氧化活性,筛选出乙醇为枳实总黄酮最佳提取溶剂;以脂多糖(LPS)诱导RAW264.7巨噬细胞构建炎症模型,考察不同浓度(25、50、100 μg/mL)枳实乙醇提取物的抗炎效果。结果显示,该提取物可显著抑制炎症相关因子及活性物质生成,降低一氧化氮(NO)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的分泌量及活性氧(ROS)产生,有效缓解LPS介导的细胞炎症反应。本研究能为超声辅助溶剂提取法应用于枳实药材质量控制提供潜在技术支撑,也为枳实在功能性食品及抗炎药物研发中的应用奠定实验基础。 |

| Aurantii Fructus Immaturus has a long history of pharmacy use in China due to its rich biological activity. Ultrasonic-assisted extraction can destroy its cell wall via mechanical vibration, promote solvent penetration, and enhance bioactive component dissolution. In this study, five solvents of different polarities combined with ultrasonic-assisted technology were used to extract total flavonoids from Aurantii Fructus Immaturus. Antioxidant activity was evaluated by superoxide anion, DPPH and ABTS free radical scavenging assays, and ethanol was identified as the optimal extraction solvent. The anti-inflammatory activity results of ethanol extract on RAW264.7 cells indicated that the concentrations of 25, 50, and 100 μg/mL of ethanol extract effectively alleviated the inflammation induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in RAW264.7 cells by inhibiting the production of nitric oxide (NO), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-1β (IL-1β), interleukin-6 (IL-6). This study provides potential technical support for the application of ultrasonic-assisted extraction in the quality control of Aurantii Fructus Immaturus and lays an experimental foundation for its use in functional food and anti-inflammatory drug research and development. |
