| This paper reviewed the research status and progress of enzyme from papaya and mango fruit dregs. The nutrients of papaya and mango pomace were analyzed, the research progress of the fermentation of papaya and mango pomace and the mixed fermentation of papaya and mango were described, and the application prospect of papaya and mango enzyme was forecasted, which provided certain basis for the further development and application of papaya and mango dregs enzyme. |
