以三苯胺、4-吡啶-甲醛为主要原料制备了一种新型的三苯胺衍生物L,通过质谱、核磁共
振波谱对化合物L的结构进行了表征。利用紫外可见吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱研究了化合物L的光
学性能。结果表明,化合物L的紫外可见吸收光谱受溶剂极性影响较小(PBS溶剂除外),但其荧光光
谱受溶剂极性影响较大。MTT实验和激光共聚焦细胞成像实验结果表明,化合物L具有较高的细胞
存活率和较好的细胞相容性,对脂滴有较好的靶向性,可用于监测细胞内脂滴的数量变化情况。 |

A novel triphenylamine derivative L was developed from triphenylamine and 4-pyridine-formaldehyde. The
structure of compound L was characterized by MS and NMR. The optical properties of compound L were studied by UV-vis
absorption spectra and fluorescence emission spectra. The results indicated that compound L has good optical properties.
The results of MTT experiment and laser confocal cell imaging experiment demonstrated that compound L with high cell vi⁃
ability and good cell compatibility can selectively light up lipid droplets, which can be applied to monitor the changes in the
number of lipid droplets in cells. |
