| 为更好地了解初中数学教师的培训需求，提升培训的针对性和有效性，通过问卷调查和
访谈，对初中数学教师的培训需求问题进行了调查. 结果发现，初中数学教师希望能够通过培训学
习掌握更多的数学课堂教学技能，特别是如何调动学生学习积极性的教学方法. 调查结果可为制定
科学合理的培训方案提供参考. |

| In order to find out the training requirements of junior high school math teachers, as well as improve the pertinence and effectiveness of training, this paper studies the training requirements of junior high school math teachers through
questionnaires and interviews. The study finds that junior high school math teachers hope to master more class teaching skills
through training, especially techniques concerning how to activate students’enthusiasm. |
