云棱果刺通草(Trevesia palmata(Roxb.)Vis. var. costata Li)枝干用甲醇提取,利用硅胶
柱层析和Sephadex LH-20 柱层析进行化学成分分离纯化,从中分离得到4 个化合物,根据现代波谱
技术和理化性质对化合物结构进行鉴定,鉴定结构为:balanophnin (1), β-sitosterol (2), daucosterol (3)
和3-hydroxystigmasta-5,22-dien-7-one (4). 均为首次从刺通草属植物中分离得到. |

Four compounds including a neo-lignan, and three steroids were isolated from the twigs of Trevesia palmate var.
costata, and their structures were elucidated as balanophnin (1), β-sitosterol (2), daucosterol (3), and 3β-hydroxystigmasta-5,22-dien-7-one (4) respectively. All the compounds were isolated from the genus Trevesia for the first time. |
