| 城市足球运动的发展需要青少年的参与，青少年不仅是足球的未来，更是城市的未来，祖国的未来. 青少年足球改变城市足球的面貌，推动城市足球文化的开展，文章基于城市足球背景下探索青少年足球发展模式. 通过文献资料法、比较分析法等研究方法，从现代城市足球的角度出发，结合我国目前青少年足球发展的现状，探索以城市为依托，形成城市足球文化为导向，构建政府扶持、社会参与的青少年足球发展模式. |

| The development of urban football needs the participation of the young people. The youth is not only the future of football, but also the future of the city and the future of the motherland. The youth soccer will change the face of city soccer and promote the culture of city soccer. This paper explores the urban soccer culture as the guide and constructs the government support and social participation in the development of youth football model. The study is from the perspective of modern city football and combined with the current situation of youth soccer development in China through the methods of literature, comparative analysis and other research methods. |
