文章以2,3-二甲基-5,6-二氰基吡嗪为原料,在稀碱条件下由H2O2不完全氧化得到配体5, 6-二甲基-2, 3-吡嗪二甲酰胺,再与醋酸钴在弱碱条件下合成了5, 6-二甲基-2, 3-吡嗪二甲酰胺-钴.通过紫外光谱、红外光谱、差热-热重分析及元素分析进行表征,并利用牛津杯法预试验及试管二倍稀释法测定二甲基-2, 3-吡嗪二甲酰胺及其配合物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌和白假丝酵母菌的抗菌活性. 结果表明,相对于配体5, 6-二甲基-2, 3-吡嗪二甲酰胺,5, 6-二甲基-2, 3-吡嗪二甲酰胺-钴配合物产生了新的活性,具有较好的抑菌杀菌作用,为临床疾病的治疗和食品添加剂的研发提供借鉴. |

5,6-Dimethyl-2,3-pyrazinedimethylformamide-Co was prepared from Co(CH3COO)2 and 5,6-dimethyl-2,3-pyrazinedimethylformamide which was synthesized via hydrolysis of 2,3-dimethyl-5,6-pyrazinecarbonitrile in the dilute basic solution using H2O2 as the oxidant; The antibacterial activity of 5,6-dimethyl-2,3- pyrazinedimethylformamide and the complex were compared by the Oxford cup method and tube double dilution method; The complex was characterized by UV and IR spectrascopies, TGA and elemental analysis. The 5,6-dimethyl-2,3-pyrazinedimethylformamide-Co shows bacterio⁃static and bactericidal effect, but not obvious inhibitory effect by 5,6-dimethyl-2,3-pyrazinedimethylformamide; Compare to ligand, the complex has new biological activity, providing a reference for the clinical treatment of diseases and the development of food additives. |
