      青霉属是自然界中一类重要的腐生真菌,是自然界的重要分解者,其产生多种次生 代谢产物,其中聚酮类是其主要次级代谢产物之一,表现出较好的抗菌活性。利用HPLC-DADMS对红树角果木来源的内生真菌Penicillium herquei JX4中聚酮类次级代谢产物进行分离纯化, 得到聚酮类化合物。应用现代波谱技术(1D NMR、2D NMR、HRESIMS)从真菌P. herquei JX4中分 离 鉴 定 了 3 个 聚 酮 类 次 级 代 谢 产 物 ,分 别 为 :herqueinone A(1)、isoherqueinone(2)以 及 herqueidiketal(3),其中化合物1为新化合物。3个聚酮类次级代谢产物对立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani)、水稻白叶枯病菌(Xanthomonas oryzae)、柑橘溃疡病菌(Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. Citri)、香 蕉枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporumf.sp.cubense)以及芒果细菌性黑斑病菌(Xanthomonas campestris pv. mangiferaeindicae)5种农业致病菌具有抑制活性,化合物1具有广谱的抗菌活性。
英文摘要:
      As an important class of decomposers in nature,Penicillium fungi belong to saprophytic fungi. It can produce a variety of secondary metabolites, among which polyketones are one of their main secondary metabolites that limit growth and activity of agricultural pathogenic fungi and bacteria . By using HPLC-DAD-MS, three secondary metabo⁃ lites of polyketones herqueinone A (1), isoherqueinone (2), and herqueidiniketal (3) were isolated and identified from P. herquei JX4. The structure of the new compound 1 was determined by 1D and 2D NMR as well as by HRESIMS. Compound 1 is a new polyketone. The inhibitory activity of these three secondary metabolites of polyketones against five agricultural pathogenic bacteria (Rhizoctonia solani, Xanthomonas oryzae, Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. Citri, Fu⁃ sarium oxysporumf.sp.cubense, Xanthomonas campestris pv.mangiferaeindicae) were tested, and the results showed that compound 1 has broad-spectrum antibacterial activity.
